Museum Kit
The Museum of Asia Minor Hellenism “steps outside its walls”. The Museum’s kit continues its journey across Greece.
Portable educational material
"Destination Asia Minor: The Golden Age of the Greeks"
Inspired by the identity of the Museum of Asia Minor Hellenism “Filio Haidemenou” — a museum dedicated to the Hellenism of Asia Minor — the material was created to take students on a journey to Asia Minor.
The aim of the museum kit is to transport students to Asia Minor in a time of prosperity, when the Greek populations who lived there reached the height of their historical presence.
Moving from the general to the specific, it sets out the historical development of the region, builds the historical context of the golden age, and gradually introduces students to the characteristics of the land and of Greek Asia Minor identity through varied material.
